How to Delete a Menu Profile?

How to Delete a Menu Profile?

The Delete Menu button will permanently remove the selected menu profile from the system. A menu profile typically contains menu items, modifiers, outlet and order source controls, and session configurations.

Key Notes:
  • Once deleted, the profile and its configurations cannot be recovered.
  • All menu items linked exclusively to this profile will no longer be accessible under that profile.
  • Deletion does not affect the items themselves in the product database; it only removes their association with the deleted profile.
  • A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental deletion.
When to Use:
  • If a menu profile is outdated, no longer needed, or replaced by a new version.
  • To keep the menu management list clean and relevant for active outlets and order sources.

Confirmation when performing Delete, press Yes to proceed and press No to revert
