9.0 Store Location
The Store Location module helps members find your outlets quickly through an interactive map and store listing embedded within the Xilnex Loyalty App. This feature reduces friction for customers looking for the nearest branch and drives foot traffic to physical outlets.
How It Works
Members access the Store Location section within the app to view a list of all registered outlets. Each listing includes the outlet's address, contact number, and operating hours. Members can tap any outlet to launch map navigation directly from the app.

How to Find a Store
- Open the App — Launch the Xilnex Loyalty App.
- Go to Store Location — Tap the Store Location section from the app menu.
- Browse or Search — View all available outlets or search for a specific branch.
- Get Directions — Tap any outlet listing to open map navigation and get directions instantly.
Data Management (For Administrators)
All outlet information is managed by business administrators via the Xilnex Portal. The following details can be added or updated at any time:

| Outlet Name | The display name of the branch shown in the app |
| Address | Full street address of the outlet |
| Phone Number | Contact number members can call directly |
| Operating Hours | Opening and closing times, including any special hours |
Note: Changes made in the Xilnex Portal take up to 1 hour to reflect in the mobile app. Plan updates in advance if communicating time-sensitive changes (e.g., holiday hours).
