10.0 Push Notification
The Push Notification feature enables businesses to communicate directly with their customers through real-time alerts delivered to the app. It is the most direct channel available within the Xilnex Loyalty ecosystem for reaching members instantly.
How It Works
Push notifications are composed and sent by business administrators. Notifications can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date and time, and can be directed to all app users or targeted to specific groups.

Management & Setup
Push notifications are managed entirely via Firebase Console. Administrators can configure the following for each notification:

Note: Notification delivery requires members to have push notifications enabled for the Xilnex Loyalty App on their device. Members can manage this in their device's notification settings.
