Wait Events

  1. Wait Events represent the starting point of a customer journey based on real customer actions captured by the system.
  2. A Wait Event is defined by selecting an event that triggers the journey, such as a customer making a purchase above a certain amount.
  3. Wait Events enable journeys that respond to what customers actually do, making engagement more timely and relevant.

Why It Matters?
Wait Events let users design journeys that respond directly to what the customers actually do, creating more relevant and timely engagement.

Examples of Wait Events
  1. Customer signs up for membership.
  2. Customer spends over RM30 in a single purchase.
  3. Customer redeems a voucher.

Card is added to customer account.

Customer has successfully completed filling out the customer profile.

Customer logins into loyalty account.
