- Personalize messages, vouchers, and rewards for each customer
- React instantly to customer behavior in real time
Why it matters:
- Improves customer engagement and loyalty
- Drives repeat purchases
- Saves time by eliminating manual campaign work
Key Advantages
Advantage | What it means |
No-code / Low-code | Anyone can build journeys, no programming knowledge needed |
Team independence | Campaigns can be launched without backend support |
Scalability | A journey runs automatically for every qualifying (targeted) customer |
How Journeys Are Structured?
A customer journey in CX Builder is built by combining a starting event with subsequent steps that trigger actions, apply conditions, introduce delays, and track counts. CX Builder’s core functions include Wait Events, Automated Events, Trigger Actions, Conditions Events, Wait Delays, and Journey Counters.
Identify The Blocks
| Block | Description |
| Wait Event | Starts (or pauses) a journey based on real customer actions. |
| Automated Event | Starts a journey based on periodic system checks and data conditions. |
| Trigger Action | Executes a predefined engagement action when a step is reached.
|
Conditions Event | Branches the journey based on data/logic. |
Wait Delay | Adds a pause before moving to the next step. |
Journey Counter | Tracks how many times something has occurred (per customer or overall). |
