Create Voucher Catalogue
Voucher catalogue need to be created in order to be showed in app or in web. User will be able to see all the voucher details/T&C/images.
Important Note: This is the steps right after you have created the redemption.
- Login https://portal.xilnex.com/
- Go to Customer Engagement at the sidebar

- Under Customer Relation, select Voucher Management.
- Once you have setup the Redemption code at Xilnex Classis POS or https://portal.xilnex.com/CustomerEngagement/VoucherManagement/Redemption, you can straight go to Voucher Catalogue
- To add Voucher Catalogue, click on “+New” button at top right.
- To edit voucher catalogue, just double click on the voucher catalogue name.
- Voucher Catalogue Information
- Remember to click on the Catalogue Status button to enable the status become Active at the top.
- Upload the Voucher Image by tap on the image box
- Input Voucher Catalogue Title accordingly (Eg: Free drinks voucher)
- Active date refer to the date when the voucher catalogue will display in user app/web
- Inactive date refer to the date when the voucher catalogue will not showed/found in the app/web. Remember to +1 day based on your voucher appear day. Eg: If you need your catalogue to display in app/web till 31 Jan 23:59, then you should set to 1 Feb.
- 2 Types of Voucher Expiry Type:
Fixed Expiry Date
- Select the last day the voucher can be used.
- After this date, the voucher will not be valid anymore.
Example: If you set the expiry date to 31 Dec 2025, members can use the voucher until 31 Dec 2025. Starting from 1 Jan 2026, it can no longer be used.
Upon Redemption
- To input days to expiry when user received the voucher
Voucher active date (can leave blank)
- This setting is cater for the cases:
Eg: Catalogue Active date set: 6 April 2022, Voucher Active date here set: 16 April 2022. On 6 April 2022, user already able to see the voucher in app/web(based on Active date in d.), but still unable to use. They will able to get the voucher first, but need to wait until 16 April to be able to use.
- This setting can remain Empty, if you do not want to run the campaign as above.
Display Priority (can leave blank)
- Set this if you wish to arrange your voucher by sequence.
- Do note that the larger number will be showing at first
- For example, if you have 5 vouchers, if you wish to put a certain voucher at top/first, just input 5 at Display Priority, and remaining set 4,3,2,1 accordingly

- Redemption Code. Every redemption code will be shown in the list when you have already created the Promo Rule with specify redemption code on https://portal.xilnex.com/CustomerEngagement/VoucherManagement/Redemption or POS
Redeem With
- Can leave it blank if there is no action for user to do/no cost
- Points
- Credits
8. Voucher Distribution Details
- Max Redemption per client: How many times the client can redeem the voucher
- Campaign Target: Total number of vouchers to distribute
Voucher Master Type:
- Public- Appear in all user app, voucher/reward catalogue
- Private- Will not show in voucher/rewards catalogues unless specifically issue to the user
- Redeem Code- User need to Key in the code in order to get the voucher
- Catalogue Prefix: It’s the voucher number prefix. Any code will do.
Eg: JWAPP
- Redeem Code: Only able to input when you choose “Redeem Code” type
- Fix code to all user, when user input this code in app, they will get the voucher
- Eg: Enter CF2021 to get your voucher in app now!
Client renew frequency
- Default as All means: no/never renew.
- This relates to the max Redemption per client within certain period, it can be used for weekly/monthly/yearly vouchers.
Eg: Birthday Voucher setting
- max Redemption per client: 1
- Client renew frequency: Yearly
- This means that the client only can get 1 of this voucher in this year.
Normally this is set to avoid any system error: issue double vouchers or abuse of vouchers.
Voucher Redeem Quantity
- When user redeem the voucher how many vouchers will generated at 1 time.
- Default do not need to input any value. Default is 1 voucher
- Eg: If you want to run a campaign like get 2x vouchers, then you can set the value to 2. When system trigger or user redeem in app, it will auto issue 2 vouchers into users’ account.
- Assign Client Type
- Configure this if the voucher is redeemable only by specific client types. If not, set it to All.
- Note: If you have already set assign to specific client type as a Public Catalogue, all users will still able to view the catalogue, BUT just the specific client type allow to redeem.

- Input the voucher content and terms & conditions
- Save and Done!
