Import Custom Voucher Number/Third Party Voucher Number in Voucher Catalogue

Use case: Collaboration with external POS partner. To issue external voucher to end users via Xilnex Loyalty

1. Go to Voucher Catalogue, Click New and create a voucher catalogue, steps refer to https://support.xilnex.com/portal/en/kb/articles/create-voucher-catalogue
2. Enable Custom Voucher number in catalogue setup page
   

3. Download the import template by clicking the “sample custom voucher number CSV template”
   

4. Insert all the voucher numbers into the excel template as per below sample:
   

5. Save the excel, and drag the file or click to upload the file into portal.
   

6. Import Result and click Dismiss
   

7. Enable Self Validation (Optional)
8. Save and custom voucher number catalogue created!
