5.0 Rewards: Voucher, Achivement (E-Stamping) and Lucky Draw
The Rewards module allows businesses to create and automate engaging reward campaigns directly within the Xilnex Loyalty App. From digital vouchers to e-stamping and lucky draws, brands can design promotions that drive repeat visits and increase customer engagement, all managed from a single centralised platform.
What's Included
The Rewards module contains three distinct sub-features:

Vouchers
The voucher system gives businesses flexible ways to reward customers through various conditions and triggers. Vouchers can be issued automatically based on system events or redeemed manually by the customer, depending on the campaign setup.

| Welcome Voucher | Automatic | Issued instantly when a new member completes registration. |
| Points Redemption Voucher | Member-initiated | Members exchange accumulated Spendable Points for vouchers from the reward catalogue. |
| Redeem Code Voucher | Member-initiated | Members enter a promo code (e.g., from a social media campaign) to claim a reward. |
| Private / Compensation Voucher | Manual (Admin) | Created and issued to specific customers via the Xilnex Portal, used for service recovery or VIP rewards. |
How to Redeem a Voucher
- Open the App — Navigate to the Rewards or Vouchers section.
- Select Your Voucher — Tap the voucher you wish to redeem.
- Present at Checkout — Show the voucher code or QR code to the cashier at the point of sale, or apply it during in-app checkout.
Note: Voucher validity periods and usage conditions (e.g., minimum spend, applicable products) are set by the business and will be displayed on each voucher.
Stamp Achievements
The Achievements (E-Stamping) feature rewards customers for repeat purchases using digital stamp campaigns. Instead of physical stamp cards, customers collect digital stamps each time they make a qualifying purchase.
Businesses can run multiple stamp campaigns simultaneously, each with its own:
- Stamp collection rules (e.g., one stamp per visit, or per minimum spend)
- Required number of stamps to complete a campaign
- Reward issued upon campaign completion
Note: Completed achievement campaigns are recorded under the member's profile and can be viewed in the app at any time.
Setting Up Stamp Achievement (E-Stamping)
1.Sales Achievement Setup
Sales Achievement is a stamp campaign based on Sales Amount.
Example: Purchase above RM10 and get 1 stamp.
- Go to https://portal.xilnex.com/

- Navigate to Customer Engagement > Customer Relation Management > Loyalty Application > Stamp Achievement

- Click "New" to create a new Stamp Achievement campaign
- Fill in the following fields:
Continue filling in the remaining settings:
Rewards With:
- Points
- Voucher (Voucher Catalogue required)
- Credits
Other Settings

| Exclude Payment/Cash Voucher Item | Determines whether a member still earns a stamp when a voucher is used in the transaction |
| Auto Join | Yes — all loyalty members auto-join upon registration. No — members must manually click the join button to participate. |
| Completion Days/Date | The deadline by which a member must complete the stamp campaign |
| Refresh Completion Date/Days After First Stamp Received | Resets the completion deadline from the date the first stamp is received. Example: Completion Days set to 30. Member joins on 1 Jan — deadline is 30 Jan. If this setting is Yes and the member receives their first stamp on 4 Jan, the deadline resets to 3 Feb. |

- Go to Stamp Achievement Rules
Select "Sales" as the rule type and fill in the following:

| Transaction Type | Payment Method |
| Amount Rule/Sign | Greater than or equal to / Greater than / Equal to — applied against the Total Sales Amount. Example: Greater than or equal to means the member must spend RM[X] and above to earn a stamp. |
| Total Sales Amount | The minimum payment amount required to earn a stamp |
| Cumulative Amount | When enabled, sales amounts accumulate within a transaction. Example: 1 stamp per RM10 spent — a RM20 transaction earns 2 stamps. |
| Total Number of Stamps to Complete | The total stamps required to complete the campaign |
- Click "Save". The stamp campaign has been successfully created.
2. Item Achievement Setup
Item Achievement is a stamp campaign based on Item Purchased.
Examples:
- Purchase any Drinks and get 1 stamp
- Purchase any Drinks (min. RM5) and get 1 stamp (collect 2 stamps total and receive 1 voucher)
- Go to https://portal.xilnex.com/
- Navigate to Customer Engagement > Customer Relation Management > Loyalty Application > Stamp Achievement
- Click "New" to create a new Stamp Achievement campaign
- Fill in the same campaign-level fields as Section 1.0 (Stamp Title, Description, Active Date, Campaign Type, Priority, Client Type, Expiry Date, Store)
- Fill in the same reward and campaign settings as Section 1.0 (Rewards With, Order Source, Sales Type, Exclude Payment/Cash Voucher Item, Auto Join, Completion Days/Date, Refresh Completion Date, Maximum Completed Per Client)
- Go to Stamp Achievement Rules
Select "Item" as the rule type and fill in the following:

- Click "Save". The stamp campaign has been successfully created.
Lucky Draw
The Lucky Draw (Prize Wheel) feature gamifies the loyalty experience by letting customers spend points for a chance to spin and win prizes.
