KDS Profile - Stage and Bump Stage Configuration

Stage Configuration

Stage Configuration defines when a KDS receives an order.
Info
For example, a Prep Station may only receive items after the Host KDS bumps them to the
‘Start’ stage.”

There are 5 stages to configure:
  1. Order (Compulsory)
  2. Start (Optional)
  3. Done (Optional)
  4. Pickup (Optional)
  5. Collect (Compulsory)

Sample Scenario:

Order a set meal.
  1. Burger
  2. Coke

Bump Stage Configuration

Bump Stage Configuration controls what happens after a user bumps an order.
You can choose which stages this KDS can update to once the order is marked as complete.
  1. Order
  2. Start
  3. Done
  4. Pickup
  5. Cancelled

Filters

You can filter the display item on KDS 2.0 by:
  1. Order Source: ClassicPOS, LiveKiosk, LiveOrder
  2. Sales Type: such as Dine-in or Takeaway
  3. Stage: Display only orders at a specific stage
