KDS Customer Display Profile
Customer Display Profile

Customer Display Profile in Xilnex KDS 2.0 is specifically designed for the monitor facing customers during food preparation and readiness for pickup. It shows real-time order status and queue information, keeping customers informed while they wait. This profile allows customization of what customers see, including:
- Displaying order progress clearly (e.g., “Preparing,” “Ready for Pickup”)
- Customizing visual elements like background images, font size, and colors to match branding
- Choosing display templates (two-column or three-column layouts) to optimize readability
