The Task Module in Xilnex Mobility is a centralized workspace that displays all tasks assigned to the logged-in user of outlet. These tasks originate from Xilnex Portal and are designed to guide, streamline, and track operational activities on mobile devices. The module ensures team members stay informed and on track with responsibilities, whether the tasks are for reminders, inventory operations, or client communications.

Core Functions of the Task Module

1. View Assigned Tasks
  1. Displays a consolidated list of all assigned tasks relevant to the logged-in user or outlet
  2. Includes task type, title, task expected start and end time, and current status.

2. Task Lifecycle and Statuses
  1. Tracks each task's progress from: New → Completed (reminder task type only), New → Pending → Completed (inventory and communication task types), or New → Overdue
  2. Status transitions and timestamps can be monitored by the HQ on Xilnex Portal
