Using the Item Module in Xilnex Mobility
1. This is the default landing page after logging into the app.
2. Click on "Item".
3. There are 2 methods to search for an item.
- Search: Type in the item keyword (item code, item name, alternate lookup, item ID, barcode lookup), or scan using a barcode scanner
- Scan via camera: Activates the camera for scanning of item's barcode or QR code
4. The matched results will be displayed.
5. Click on any results to view the item details.
6. There are 3 main tabs available once the item is viewed.
- Info: Provides details of the items such as item code, category, department, pricing, custom field values, and e-invoice info.
- Stock: Displays the stock balance of all allowed outlets of the current login user.
- Location: Displays the cell available for this location. To learn more about this cell function, kindly refer to this document.
7. There is also another tab depending on the type of item searched. This tab displays the batch, matrix and serial number quantities for batch, matrix and serial stock types respectively, according to the allowed outlets of the current login user.
