It works as a centralized item lookup function, enabling quick access to key item data such as item details, pricing, custom fields, stock levels and cell storage location.
This module is designed to support day-to-day operational clarity, improve decision-making, inventory, and stock movement tasks.
Unlike transaction-based modules like Stock Take or Goods Receive Note, this module focusses on real-time visibility and reference, not data entry or stock movement.

1. Item Lookup via Search or Scan
- Users can search by name, code, or scan the item's barcode using the device's camera
- Instantly brings up detailed item information, without the need to leave the sales floor or storeroom
2. Displays Key Item Information
- Includes item name, item code, category, colour, description, and other standard identifiers
- Shows additional fields such as custom fields and e-invoice fields
