Lightweight implementation designed for on-the-go usage with direct API promotion checking.
Xilnex iPad POS	Modules: F&B equivalent to Classic POS Supported Functions: Full promotion engine compatibility, similar to Classic POS. Ability to apply rule-based promotions and add vouchers at checkout. Designed with a touch-friendly interface, ideal for retail counters and table-side service. Real-time sync with central promotion setup.
Xilnex Live Order	Modules: supported for Static QR Order with direct payment Supported Functions: Automatically applies valid promotions based on order content and customer status. Customers can enter voucher codes manually at checkout. Supports time-based or location-specific campaign logic. Customers can check discounts applied to the item at checkout page before making any payment. Integrates with loyalty programs for eligible promo offers.
Xilnex Live Kiosk	Modules: In-store customer-facing Kiosk Supported Functions: Capable of triggering promotion logic automatically during checkout. Customers can enter voucher codes before payment to trigger promotion and order will update automatically. Designed for minimal interaction with smooth UX for self-checkout scenarios.
Xilnex Loyalty Apps Xilnex Loyalty Lite	Modules: Mobile or Web-Based Loyalty Platform with Built-in Ordering Supported Functions: Customers can enjoy loyalty-based promotions during online purchases. Xilnex API	Endpoints & Capabilities: Check promotions based on item content, outlet, and customer info. Add voucher code with validation in order to directly apply voucher into the sales. The structure of a promotion is intentionally split into two major layers: Campaign Info and Promotion Rules. This separation ensures that configuration remains modular, manageable, and scalable—especially important for businesses running multiple overlapping campaigns across regions, brands, or customer tiers.

Campaign – The Promotion Shell

The Campaign acts as the container for the promotion. It governs the overall scope, visibility, and scheduling of the promotion inside it.

Key Components:

• Campaign Name & Description: Identifier for the promotion across systems and reports.
• Start/End Date & Time: Controls when the promotion becomes effective. Time-specific setup supports flash sales, peak-hour discounts, or limited-time bundles.
• Day-of-Week Filters & Time Slots: Enable recurring schedules (Example: "Monday Lunch Deals" from 12pm–2pm).
• Branch Assignment: Determines which outlets will run the promotion. This supports localized campaigns (Example: outlet anniversary specials) without affecting other branches.
