Loyalty Referral Setup Guide
1. Login https://portal.xilnex.com/
2. Go to Customer Engagement on the sidebar
3. Under Loyalty Application, select Referral Setup.
4. Referral Campaign Details
- Upload the campaign image (it will display accordingly in App or Lite)
- Fill in campaign description
- Referral Share message
- Triggered when the user clicks the "Share Now" button.
- Automatically populates the message text field or email content with the predefined share message.
- Applicable only for Loyalty Lite and any mobile app that includes the "Share Code" feature.
5. Select the referral rewards
- Choose the rewards to be assigned to which party if successfully referred (New user onboard/register with the referral code)
- Referrer (The one who share the code)
- Referee (The one who receive the code and register with the code)
- Referrer and Referee (Both parties will receive the reward with 1 success referred user)
5. Issue (Rewards with)
- Points, input the points you would like to issue
- Voucher, select the voucher catalogue you created earlier.
Important Note: If you plan to rewards users with vouchers, voucher catalogue need to be created prio to the referral creation.
6. Save and Done!
