Loyalty News Setup Guide
- Login in to Xilnex Portal, Go to https://portal.xilnex.com/CustomerEngagement?tab=CRM
- Select Loyalty News Management
- To add, click Add news
To edit, just double click the existing news
- Fill in News Details
- Display Priority (can leave blank)
- Set this if you wish to arrange your news by sequence.
- Do note that the larger number will be showing at first
- For example, if you have 5 news, if you wish to put a certain news at top/first, just simply input 5 at Display Priority, and remaining set 4,3,2,1 accordingly
- Tag (can leave blank)
- Type in to create Tag for 1st time.
- This is for the apps that having more than 1 News sections, can leave it blank if your app only has 1 news section.
- (Eg: If your app has 2 news placement i) Banner ii) Latest News. Create 1 tag for all the banners news. Then create another tag for Latest News.)
- Keyword lookup (just leave blank)
- Active date and Expiry date* (required field)
- Reocurrence (can leave blank)
- Set for the news to appear in specific date or time.
- Set for the news to appear in specific date or time.
- Fill in News Content
- Master Content (Short Description, 1st layer of the news, show in home page)
- Details Content (Click: Enable details content, display when user tap on it in app, news details page)
- Upload image
- Link can just leave it blank
