How to Deactivate and Delete Loyalty Client
How to Deactivate Loyalty Client
When you deactivate a client, the record still exists in the database but is marked as inactive. The client cannot be used in transactions while deactivated, but you can reactivate it anytime if needed.
- Login to https://portal.xilnex.com/
- Go to Customer Engagement
- Click Clients
- Search clients by (email, client code, client id, mobile number, client name)

- Double click on the client that you want to Deactivate.
- Then untick “Active” check box at Client configuration.

- Save, and done
How to Delete Loyalty Client
When you delete a client, the record is permanently removed from the database. This means the client no longer exists in the system and cannot be restored.
- Login to https://portal.xilnex.com/
- Go to Customer Engagement
- Click Clients
- Search clients by (email, client code, client id, mobile number, client name)

Double click on the client that you want to delete, then click More on the top right

- Click Delete, and done.
