How to add Checkout Disclaimer Message into your Live Order

The Checkout Disclaimer Message feature allows you to display a custom message to your customers at the checkout page before they complete their payment. This helps set clear expectations and reduces customer complaints about order processing times.

How to Enable the Checkout Disclaimer Message

Follow these steps to enable and configure the checkout disclaimer message:

Step 1: Access Store Setup

1. Log in to your portal at https://portal.xilnex.com

2. Navigate to Sales Channel > Live Order > Store Setup > Operation

3. Scroll down to the Checkout disclaimer section

Step 2: Enable the Feature

1. Toggle the Show checkout disclaimer message switch to ON

2. The toggle will turn green when enabled

Step 3: Enter Your Custom Message

1. In the Checkout disclaimer message text field, type your custom message

2. Example message: "Your order will be processed once payment is completed."

3. Click Save to apply your changes

How It Appears to Customers

Once enabled, your custom message will appear prominently on the checkout page, ensuring customers see it before completing their payment.
