This guide walks you through generating and printing a Touch 'n Go Menu Ordering QR code for your store tables. Once printed and placed on the table, customers can scan the QR code using the TNG eWallet app to browse your menu, place an order, and pay instantly — without any staff involvement.
Each table in Xilnex has its own unique, permanent QR code. The QR code can be reused by different customers across multiple visits and does not need to be regenerated between shifts.
There are two ways to reach the QR print screen:
1. Quick print — directly from the area row via the ··· menu
2. Per-table print — via View Details > Table Lists, then print a specific individual table
Path: Sales Channel > Table flow > Table Management
From the Xilnex portal, navigate to Sales Channel > Table flow > Table Management.
Your full list of table areas is displayed here. Each row shows the store, area name, area type, total tables, prefix, postfix, start and end number.
Locate the area containing the table you want to generate a QR code for.
On the right side of the area row, click the ··· (More) button.
The options menu will appear. Click Print TNGD Near Me QR to go directly to the QR template screen, or click View details to manage individual tables.
If you need to print the QR for one specific table, use View Details instead.
Click View details from the ··· dropdown to open the table area configuration panel.
The Table details tab shows the area settings — area name, prefix, start and end number. Click the Table lists tab on the left sidebar to see individual tables.
The Table lists tab shows every individual table in the area (e.g. L1-1 through L1-15), each with a Print QR button on the right.
Select the Print TNGD Near Me QR. This opens the same QR template selection screen in Section 5.
A dialog will appear showing four available print templates. Select the one that best fits your outlet's branding.
Once you have selected your preferred template, click PRINT.
Your browser's print dialog will open. You can:
[!IMPORTANT] Each QR code is tied to a specific table. Make sure you are printing from the correct table row — do not use the same QR printout across multiple tables.
