Logging In and Setting Up MFA for Xilnex Portal

1. Go to the Login Page
  1. Navigate to: https://portal.xilnex.com/Login.
  2. Use the credentials provided by our Xilnex representative.


2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  1. After logging in, you will see a prompt for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  1. MFA is a security system that requires multiple verification methods (e.g., email + OTP) to confirm your identity.

3. Bind Your Email Address
  1. Click [NEXT].
  2. Enter your email address and click [SAVE].
4. Enter OTP (One-Time Password)
  1. You will receive an OTP by email from noreply@xilnex.com.
  2. Check that the serial number shown in your email matches the one on the login page.
  3. If they do not match, click [Resend OTP] to refresh the serial number and receive a new OTP.
  4. Enter the OTP (e.g., 123456) and click [AUTHENTICATE].
