Enabling Foodpanda Integration


The Foodpanda integration allows merchants to seamlessly receive and manage Foodpanda orders directly within the Xilnex POS system. By enabling this integration, Foodpanda sales orders are automatically synced into Xilnex, reducing manual entry, minimizing errors, and improving overall operational efficiency.

This integration ensures consistent menu data, pricing, and tax handling between Xilnex and Foodpanda, enabling a smoother order flow from online platforms to in-store operations.

Required Information for Foodpanda Integration

  • Live Date
  • COMID
  • Chain code (Customer gets from FoodPanda account manager)
  • Vendor Code (Customer gets from FoodPanda portal)
  • Integration Type (Direct/Indirect)
  • Menu Profile Name
  • Price Scheme
  • Xilnex and FoodPanda account Tax setting

Direct / Indirect Integration

1. Direct Integration refer to the sales from Foodpanda will directly integrate and pass into Xilnex environment.
2. Indirect Integration refer to the sales from Foodpanda will be pass into their Foodpanda handheld terminal and as well as Xilnex environment.

How to Integrate GrabFood in Xilnex

  1. Access to Xilnex portal: https://portal.xilnex.com/

  2. Access to Sales channel -> Third Party Integration.

  3. Click the "Add" button.


  1. Select either Grabfood, Foodpanda or Shopeefood, for this instance add 'Foodpanda'

  1. Setup the food aggregators sales channel information as follows:
    1. Password 
      The Xilnex account password.

    2. Commission %
      Percentage deducted by the aggregator before sales flow into Xilnex.
      Note: This field should be disregarded.

    3. Delivery Type
      Aggregator naming label as it will appear in the Xilnex portal.

    4. Payment Type
      The naming label used in Xilnex, which will appear in web reports.

    5. Currency Symbol
      Example: RM, PHP, etc.

    6. Currency Code
      Example: MYR.

    7. Delivery Commission %
      Percentage deducted for delivery orders before the sales flow into Xilnex.
      Note: This value should also be disregarded.

    8. Takeaway Commission %
      Percentage deducted for takeaway orders before the sales flow into Xilnex.
      Note: This value should be disregarded as well.



  1. Once done setup, the FoodPanda cart will be shown on the Third Party Integration List


  2. Select on the banner and will be directed to this page.

  3. To integrate the store, select "Store Setup" cart to redirect to Store Setup page.

  4. After access to Store setup -> Click "New" button.


  5. A page [Store Setup] will open where you can configure your setup before integrating with Food Panda.

  6. Xilnex store: Select the store you want to integrate into.

  7. Xilnex store ID: Once selected Xilnex store, system will auto generate the ID.

  8. FoodPanda store ID: Check the FoodPanda Store ID with the customer.
    Typically, the customer can obtain the FoodPanda Store ID from the FoodPanda portal.

  9. FoodPanda store chain code:
    Customers need to check with their FoodPanda account manager, alternatively Xilnex Project/Support Team.

  10. Price scheme: Select the price scheme that the FoodPanda sale type should refer to.

  11. Click the "+ Add menu profile".

  12. Select FoodPanda store ID.

  13. Select the menu that the FoodPanda store should refer to.

  14. Click "Save" to save the setup.
