This article covers how to disable a template, fully disconnect the integration from Lark, and reconnect it again.
Disable a Template
Turning a base off only stops that one base, everything else keeps syncing, and none of your existing data in Lark gets deleted. Turn it back on and sync picks up again from that point forward; anything that happened while it was off won't be backfilled.
1. Go to Xilnex Portal → Plugins → Xilnex for Lark → Templates.
2. Filter by the template type.
3. Find the base you want to disable and toggle its status off.
4. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
Sync stops immediately, but existing data in Lark remains. To remove the data, manually delete the records or the Base table in Lark.
Fully Disconnect the Integration
Use this when you want to stop all syncing between Xilnex and Lark. Nothing already in Lark gets deleted, and your saved App ID and App Secret stay right where they are.
1. Go to Xilnex Portal → Plugins → Xilnex for Lark → Configuration.
2. Click the Disconnect button in the top right panel.
3. A confirmation modal will ask you to confirm disconnecting from Xilnex for Lark.
4. Click Confirm. All templates and approvals are automatically disabled.

Existing data in Lark is not automatically deleted.
Reconnecting the Integration
Disconnecting does not erase your saved App ID and App Secret. Reconnecting is a single click, not a full re-setup.
1. Go back to the Configuration page in Xilnex Portal.
2. Click the Connect button.
3. The integration reconnects using your existing saved credentials. Sync resumes.
If you need to change your Lark app credentials first, click Edit on the App Credentials card, update the App ID and App Secret, save, then click Connect.
There's no need to create a new Lark app or repeat the full setup unless you're moving to a different Lark app entirely.
