Basic - How to setup Outlet for Stock Request

1.0 How to setup outlet for stock request (Stock Request Form)

  1. Setting in System configuration

  1. Go to System configuration > Item > All Outlets > Transfer Request > Warehouse Selection > Configure


  1. Once click on Configure button, you may view Outlet Selection as Warehouse page. At here you may choose Outlet(s) from Left Side and move to Warehouse(s) by clicking on the arrow to the Left or Right. Please click Confirm to take effect on the changes.

  1. After done the setting, please do not forget to click Save button on the upper Right. 




  1. For Current Outlet level, user may proceed to System configuration > Item > Current Outlet > Warehouse. This will only take effect for that edited outlet. For those outlet that did not set any Warehouse setting under Current outlet, it will reflect accordingly based on the All outlets setting.




  1. Stock Request (How it will take effect)

  1. Go to Inventory > Click on Stock Request or you may search it using Search Form 

  1. Those selected outlets will be showing under Request Stock From, may refer attached image as reference.
