A bounced email, or bounce, is an email message that gets rejected by a mail server. When an email bounces, it has for some reason did not reach the intended destination.
A bounced email can be either a hard bounce or a soft bounce. A hard bounce means that the email address is permanently unavailable and should not receive electronic mail. A soft bounce is temporary and may be caused by server outages or a full inbox. Most email service providers will designate soft bounces as a hard bounce after three failed sends.

In Xilnex after creating a new user by email in User Management you should receive an email that contains password information.
If you didn't receive the email, please follow these steps:
3.1 Please check your spam/junk folder. The email subject will always be “Your Password for Xilnex Application”
3.2 Checking bounce list in Xilnex portal by follow below steps:
3.2.1 Go to Xilnex portal https://portal.xilnex.com/
3.2.2 Click on Forgot password?
3.2.3 Click on Check and remove email bounce list
3.2.4 Enter your email address and click button Check
3.2.5 If your email address appears in the list meaning the email address has been bounced, you will not receive any email from Xilnex
4.1 Remove the email from the bounce list by clicking the remove button
4.2 Delete email from bounce list confirmation will appear and click CONFIRM button
4.3 You will see green messages appear on your right then click on Dismiss to proceed.
4.4 Verify the email address been removed from the list by checking again follow in steps 4.1
