Basic - Getting started with AnyDesk

  1. What is AnyDesk?

AnyDesk is a remote desktop application distributed by AnyDesk Software GmbH. The proprietary software program provides platform-independent remote access to personal computers and other devices running the host application.


  1. AnyDesk client

AnyDesk client is a desktop application that you need to download on your device. It allows for support to connect and control your devices remotely. No installation is needed.


  1. Get your Anydesk

2. Scroll down to Contact Support section and download AnyDesk by clicking on the Download AnyDesk button

3. Double click on the Xilnex Support remote to launch the remote session

4. AnyDesk will be launched and click Copy button and share it with the Xilnex Support person via Call, WhatsApp or Email.

5. Once Xilnex Support successfully connects to your local pc please click Accept on session request window to allow Xilnex Support to remote to your local pc

6. You can chat with Xilnex Support via AnyDesk

7. End the session by clicking Disconnect in the session control window.
