6.0 Daily Check-In


The Daily Check-In module encourages members to open the Xilnex Loyalty App every day by rewarding each check-in with points or vouchers. This feature helps businesses build consistent app engagement and improve long-term customer retention.


How It Works

Each day a member opens the app and taps the check-in, they receive a reward based on the campaign configured by the business. Campaigns can be structured as fixed daily rewards or milestone-based — where rewards increase over the duration of the check-in period.
Notes
Note: A member can only check in once per day. Missed days do not carry over but may reset the streak depending on campaign configuration.


Configurable Setup

Businesses configure their Daily Check-In campaign via the Xilnex Portal using the following parameters:

How to Check In

  1. Open the App — Launch the Xilnex Loyalty App on your device.
  2. Navigate to Check-In — Tap the Daily Check-In section from the home screen or rewards menu.
  3. Tap Check-In — Confirm your daily check-in to claim your reward.
  4. Reward Applied — Points are added to your account or a voucher is issued instantly.
