The Daily Check-In module encourages members to open the Xilnex Loyalty App every day by rewarding each check-in with points or vouchers. This feature helps businesses build consistent app engagement and improve long-term customer retention.
How It Works
Each day a member opens the app and taps the check-in, they receive a reward based on the campaign configured by the business. Campaigns can be structured as fixed daily rewards or milestone-based — where rewards increase over the duration of the check-in period.
Note: A member can only check in once per day. Missed days do not carry over but may reset the streak depending on campaign configuration.
Configurable Setup
Businesses configure their Daily Check-In campaign via the Xilnex Portal using the following parameters:

| Reward Type | Points or Vouchers | The reward type applies to the entire campaign — you cannot mix both within a single campaign. |
| Reward Pattern | Fixed or Milestone-based | Fixed gives the same reward every day. Milestone-based gives increasing rewards on specific days (e.g., a higher reward on Day 7).
