The In-App Ordering feature allows customers to place orders directly through the Xilnex Loyalty App; whether for pickup, takeaway, or delivery. Built on Xilnex Live Order, it delivers a unified ordering experience where customers can browse menus, make payments, and track their orders without leaving the loyalty app.
How It Works
In-App Ordering is powered by Xilnex Live Order, which means it works seamlessly with your existing Xilnex POS setup. The web ordering interface is embedded directly into the mobile app, no separate installation or configuration is required. Once an order is placed, it is automatically routed to the correct outlet for fulfilment.

Ordering Flow
- Tap "Order" — From the app home screen, tap the Order button to open the in-app ordering section.
- Select Items — Browse the menu and choose your products or items.
- Checkout & Pay — Review your order and complete payment via a supported payment gateway.
- Order Sent to Outlet — Your order is automatically forwarded to the selected branch for preparation.

Info: In-App Ordering requires an active internet connection. Ensure you are connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi before placing an order.
