3.0 Top-Up (E-Wallet Feature)
The Top-Up feature transforms the Xilnex Loyalty App into a digital payment tool, allowing members to add and store credits directly within the app. These credits can be used for in-store or in-app purchases, enabling a smooth, cashless payment experience.
How It Works
Top-up credits are stored in the member's X-Card; a digital stored-value card embedded within the Xilnex Loyalty App. Members load credits onto their X-Card either through the mobile app or at the point of sale (POS), then use those credits to pay at participating outlets.
Important: Top-up credits and loyalty points are two separate systems. Credits are stored in the X-Card wallet; loyalty points are stored under the member profile linked to the unique client ID. Topping up does not affect your points balance.
XCard
The XCard is the digital stored-value card within the Xilnex Loyalty App. It is automatically linked to the member's unique client ID upon registration, ensuring all credit activity is tied to their account.

Top-Up Flow
Follow these steps to add credits to your X-Card:
- Open the App — Navigate to the Top-Up section from the app home screen.
- Enter Amount — Select a preset top-up value or enter a custom amount.
- Proceed to Payment — You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.
- Credit Added Instantly — Your X-Card balance updates in real time upon successful payment.
Tip: Your X-Card balance is visible from the app home screen or within the Top-Up section at any time
Warning: Credits loaded onto the X-Card are non-transferable and cannot be converted into loyalty points.
