Modifiers
There are two kinds of modifiers – dynamic modifier and item modifiers. Dynamic modifiers refer to a modifier that allows you to alter the type of order of the parent item (e.g. if I select 1 PC Chicken, I have the choice to select Spicy or Original 1 PC Chicken). Item modifiers are sub-modifiers of that item (e.g. less sugar/half sugar).
Creating a modifier requires several steps. Follow the instructions to learn how to create the appropriate modifier to suit your business operations.
Item Modifiers
To create an item modifier, you need to first set up a product category with that modifier name. In this case, category is ‘sugar level’.

Default – Setting a default simply means that one of the modifiers will be selected on default. The modifiers will only appear on screen if you select anything other than the default.

Default Numbers – Selecting a default number of 1-10 means that by default you would receive X amount of that modifier. (e.g. 2 packs of chilli sauce).
Toggle – Checking toggle means you have the freedom to add a modifier if required. Tap on the item you have added to pull up the available modifiers.
